Randy Billings - U.S. Military

Randy Billings and his wife, Ashley
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Randy L. Billings, age 34, of Heavener, Oklahoma; died on December 17, 2013, in Now Bahar, Afghanistan.

Randy was in a helicopter which crashed. Six U.S. soldiers died in this tragedy. The incident is under investigation. The helicopter crashed and then was attacked by enemy insurgents.

Randy had been in the military for 16 years, having joined right after leaving Heavener High School.

Family members stated that Randy loved the military. It was his chosen career path.
Light a candle for Randy.  Light his way to
Heaven.

He was on his fifth tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Family members describe him as the nicest of people.  His family regard him as their hero.

Randy is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his wife, Ashley.

Thank you for serving, Randy.

Pray without ceasing unto God for an end to this war in Afghanistan. It is enough. We are sick with grief for men like Randy. He would not have died in a helicopter accident in Afghanistan if there was no war in Afghanistan. God give us peace.

Pray that Randy is in heaven. Pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
