Jeffrey White Jr.

Spc. Jeffrey L. White, Jr., age 21, of Catawissa, Missouri, died on April 3, 2012, in Khost province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. 

He was assigned to the 1st Battalion (Airborne), 501st Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Pray for Jeffrey

Jeffrey White joined the Army in October 2009, arrived in Alaska in 2010 and went to Afghanistan for his first combat deployment in 2011. He was scheduled to come back from overseas for leave in about a week.

Jeffrey is survived by many loving friends and relatives. 

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Jeffrey White Jr. is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
