He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, California.
Vincent graduated from Crockett High School in 2001. He joined the Marines in June of 2001.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Vincent J. Bell is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
