Thank you for posting this and for praying for my Son. He was a loving and kind child and man. He loved his family dearly. I pray that even though I did not teach him about Jesus that he is with him now. I remember one of the last things that I said to him was to never kill another living soul...no matter what he was instructed to do. I told him that the Iraqi people had mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters , Aunts and Uncles that they loved and that loved them too and could not live without. He said to me, "Mom, don't worry. We have tea with them and tell them jokes. They like us and we like them." It was not long after this conversation that he was taken from this dark world.
I could not imagine my Son losing his Soul for murdering someone who never did him harm so I felt compelled by a greater force than I to share this with him.I would like to believe that his loving heart was the key to his Salvation. I pray that this is so with all of my heart.
Because of Nick's passing I have come to understand many things about the world and realize that Jesus is the answer.
I don't know who you are but you are a gift from God.
