Nathan Nylander

Air Force Captain, Nathan Nylander, age 35, died on April 27, 2011, at the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan.

A financially distressed 50-year-old Afghani pilot opened fire at Kabul airport after an argument, killing seven other U.S. troops and an American civilian contractor. Ahmad Gul, the shooter, was killed in the incident.

God help us all, if everyone who is financially distressed, kills others.
God, put Nathan on the
stairway to Heaven

Nathan is survived by his wife and 3 children and his father and stepmother and numerous other loving relatives.

Family members and friends are remembering Nathan Nylander as someone who was very dedicated to his country and the Air Force. Nathan is also described as a great man devoted to his job and family and a great son.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Nathan Nylander is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
