Brian J. Pedro

Army Sgt. Brian J. Pedro, age 27, of Rosamond, was killed October 2, 2010, when insurgents attacked his unit with small arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades in Pol-e-Khumri, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 2nd Engineer Battalion at White Sands Missile Range, N.M.

Brian Pedro is survived by his wife, parents and younger brother. His mother said "He had 14 aunts and uncles and over 50 cousins. He was loved by all and will be missed by a whole lot of people."

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Brian Pedro is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
