A Hawaii-based soldier from California has died after a noncombat incident in Afghanistan.
Staff Sgt. Aracely Gonzalez O'Malley of Brawley, Calif. died October 22, 2010, in Germany from injuries sustained in the Oct. 12 incident at Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan.
Aracely O'Malley was assigned to the 307th Integrated Theater Signal Battalion, 516th Signal Brigade, 311th Signal Command at Schofield Barracks. She was 31 years old.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Aracely O'Malley is in heaven. Let us pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen
