Stuart attended Mountain Creek State High School, north of Brisbane. He joined the Army Cadets at age 14. He had always wanted to join the Army.

Friends describe Stuart as a good friend who put others first, who had a sense of humour and who was kind in spirit. Everyone will always remember his smile which

Thank you for your service to Australia, Stuart.

Pray for all who die in the line of duty.

Pray for all who die young. They barely had a chance to live.

Pray for all who die by misadventure. They are with us one moment and are gone before we can say goodbye.

Pray that Stuart is in Heaven. Pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
