Christine Ledlow - a store clerk killed in Corinth, Mississippi

Christine Ledlow
Christine Ledlow, age 43, died on February 1, 2016, at a hospital in Corinth, Mississippi.

Corinth is the county seat of Alcorn County, Mississippi. The population is just under 15,000.

Christine was a clerk at a gas station/convenience store in Corinth. She was working the overnight shift. After 5:00 a.m., two males entered the building and demanded money. During the confrontation, she was shot several times.

Christine was rushed to a local hospital where, tragically, she passed away.

A 17 year old male, in the company of his parents, turned himself in at the local police station. He had been identified on surveillance video because he had past run-ins with the authorities.

Another male is being sought in connection with this murder. No charges have been filed as of this date.

If you have any information about this crime, you are urged to call the Corinth Police Department at (662) 286-3377.

To the thieves who killed Christine Ledlow, we ask this question: What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?

Christine had worked at the gas station for 6 years. She was well liked by her customers at the store.
