After 9:00 a.m., Norberto was outside in the back yard and was feeding his daughter's Labrador dog when three pits bulls came over from a neighbor's yard. These dogs attacked the Labrador. It is believed that Norberto tried to pull the Labrador to safety.
One of the pit bulls lunged at Norberto's throat and the other pit bulls joined in the attack. A neighbor came to Norberto's aid when he heard horrible screams. He took a stick and hit the dogs in the head but that didn't phase them. They kept on attacking.
Norberto was found deceased by the Police. The Police had to pepper spray and use tasers on these pit bulls to subdue them.

The Labrador dog was injured but will recover.
The three pit bull dogs were put to death. The owner, Oscar Rodriguez, is not facing charges as of this posting. However, the question arises as to why these dangerous dogs were running loose.

During the morning, Jordan, who was called "Jo-Jo", was in the care of a babysitter. It is undetermined if the child was in his own backyard or the babysitter's backyard. Two dogs were in the yard. One of them, a Pit Bull, bit the child in the neck, killing him. It is undetermined who owned these dogs.
The Police had to shoot and kill the Pit Bull dog due to its aggressiveness.
Jordan loved to go fishing, playing outdoors and playing in the dirt. He loved trains, and water and Spiderman and wrestling. He was an innocent child.
Pit bulls are vicious and unpredictable animals. They were bred 200 years ago for bull baiting, bear baiting and dog fighting. They were never intended to be family pets. They should never be around infants or young children under any circumstances.
Pit Bulls and related breeds have repeatedly proven that they can kill people, both young and old, including people simply passing by. They have killed grown women walking in the hallways of their apartment buildings; they have killed 40 year old men jogging by on a country road; they have killed toddlers playing on the floor.
Many towns and cities, counties and states do not allow pit bulls and related breeds within their jurisdictions. Pitbulls are banned outright in a number of European countries, period.
Where are the authorities in Texas and in Oklahoma? Why do you allow Pit Bulls in your state? Wake up.
Pit Bulls and all related dog breeds should be bred out of existence sooner rather than later. They serve no useful purpose and are a detriment to mankind.
Death by dog is not acceptable in a civilized country.
The families of Norberto and of Jordan are devastated over their tragic and horrific deaths. They will be forever mourned.
Jordan is playing in the fields of Heaven. God bless this boy. Amen.
