Adam Moralee - U.K. Military

Sapper Adam Moralee, age 23, from Newcastle, England, died on March 5, 2014, at a British Army base in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
Adam Moralee

He was a member of the 32 Engineer Regiment.

Adam was helping to prepare engineer plant equipment for transport back to the U.K. when he was fatally injured in an industrial accident.

After he left school at age 17, Adam joined the Royal Engineers in January of 2008.  He trained as an armoured engineer and learned to operate and maintain a variety of armoured vehicles. Adam was on his second tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Military officials describe Adam as an outstanding soldier who had the potential for promotion. He was quietly determined, dedicated and well liked.  He had a strong work ethic and could be depended upon.  He also kept a smile on his face and was friendly to others.

Family members describe Adam as a loving son, fiancé, and friend who touched everyone’s hearts that came into contact with him.   He loved his military career and
Angels of God, pray for Adam
the friends he made in the Army.

He loved his family and his fiancée, Emma, who was his soul-mate.

Adam is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his parents Lynn and Darren; and his fiancée Emma.

Thank you for serving, Adam.

Pray for all who die by misadventure. They are with us one moment and gone the next.

Pray without ceasing unto God for an end to this war in Afghanistan. It is enough. We are sick with grief for men like Adam.  He would not have died in Afghanistan, if there was no war there.

Pray that Adam is in heaven. Pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
