Briana went missing on February 25. As of this posting, a male who was with Briana on that date is not considered to be a person of interest in this case. Briana's car was found at a waffle house restaurant in Camden, South Carolina.
Her body was found by children driving an ATV on a dirt road in Elgin on February 26.
She had been strangled.
Briana had graduated from the Lugoff-Elgin High School in 2013. She was currently working as a hostess at the Texas Roadhouse and Tilted Kilt.

Friends describe Briana as beautiful and a sweet young lady who was polite and friendly. She cracked jokes and made people laugh. She could walk into a room and light up everyone's face. She was just starting out in life.
Friends stated that she would never go anywhere with strangers.
Stephen Kelly, age 21, has been charged with murder in the death of Briana Rabon.
Her family will forever mourn her senseless death.
Briana is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her mother and step-father, Linda and Steve Reynolds; her father, Thomas Rabon Sr.; her brothers Josh, Jason, Stevie and Byron; and her sisters, Stephanie, Faith and Hope.
Pray for justice for Briana.
God save us from the Lost Ones who bring death to others.
Pray that Briana is in heaven. Pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen.
