Justin Pillsbury has been arrested.  He had some self-inflicted stab wounds at the time of his arrest.  He admitted to the Police that he had stabbed Jillian.  He said that she was talking to another man on the phone and he freaked out. It is unknown at this time if Justin Pillsbury was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of this incident.

Jillian grew up in Bingham, Maine, and graduated from Valley High School in 2008. She was studying to be a beautician in Waterville, Maine.

Jillian had some addiction issues. In 2011, she was arrested along with her then-boyfriend after Brooklyn, her 18 month old daughter, swallowed cocaine. In February 2012, Jillian was sentenced to 90 days in jail for this error in judgment. She cried as she expressed her sorrow and shame for her actions in regard to this case.

She sought counseling for substance abuse soon after. She was back in court later in 2012. She was sentenced to 33 days in jail when she was found in a vehicle with alcohol and a dope pipe.

Jillian had dated Justin Pillsbury on and off for two years. They were together and then split up several times.

Friends said that Jillian was trying to better her life and the life of her daughter, Brooklyn. She wanted to be happy and she wanted her daughter to be happy.  She was a good mother to her daughter.

Friends said that she was fun, loving and engaging. She was genuinely warm to people. She wanted to make something of her life and she wanted to work in the fashion industry.

Still others describe Jillian as a beautiful, caring, dynamic young lady.  She was non-judgmental.

Family members stated that Jillian was well loved and will forever be mourned.

Jillian is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her parents; three brothers and two sisters; and her daughter, Brooklyn.

Pray for justice for Jillian.

God save us from drugs.  Drugs are warping our lives.  Drugs are ending our lives.

God save us from those who once said they loved us.  And then they kill us.

Pray that Jillian is in heaven. Pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen.
