Haley was walking with a male friend and his father Saturday night around 8:30 p.m. They were walking along Kenton Morrison Road when a gold colored small pick-up truck hit Haley. The driver fled the scene. If you have any information about this incident, you are urged to call the Sheriff's Office at 904-209-1498.
Haley was a sophomore at St. Augustine High School and was a dancer for the Dazzler's Dance Team.

Haley is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her mother, Jo-Lee Manning and her step-father, Bill Manning.
Pray for justice for Haley.
God save us from the drunk and doped up drivers. They are killing us, Father.

I just wanted to let everyone know that they made an arrest in Haley's case. It took 3 long years but we are very grateful. God Bless you all.
