Chad was my brother's best friend and partner. Chad's death crushed him. My brother was off the day of the accident. You have no idea how the loss affected Chad's family and my brother. My brother has never been the same. God bless you Chaddy! You were loved by your co workers and mostly by my brother, who would have gladly died in your place. I have been to your grave and I broke down. Fly high in heaven and please protect my brother while he serves in HPD.
