Michael, Archangel, Patron Saint
of the Police, pray for Victor

It is believed that Victor was specifically targeted due to his work as a narcotics agent in the Division of Drugs in Arecibo.

Victor is survived by many loving friends and relatives including two daughters, aged 19 and 10.

Pray for all who die as a result of the performance of their duties.

Let us pray that Victor Soto-Velez is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
