Army Spc. Jose A. Delgado Arroy, age 41, of San Juan, Puerto Rico, died on January 2, 2011, in Taji, Iraq, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. Jose Arroy was assigned to the 1013th Engineer (Sapper) Company of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Jose A. Delgado Arroy is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
