Amy Tirador

The US Army has concluded its criminal investigation into the death of a soldier in Iraq last November, determining Amy Tirador died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The US Army Criminal Investigation Command said Wednesday it wrapped up a "very thorough and detailed" investigation into the death of Staff Sgt. Amy Tirador and concluded Tirador did commit suicide, corroborating a pathological examination by the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.

Amy Tirador's parents have maintained Amy Tirador was killed by someone else.

Let us pray that if Amy Tirador was killed by someone else, that this person is brought to justice.
