Joseph A. Bauer

Army Spc. Joseph A. Bauer, age 27, died in July 2010, when an explosive hit his vehicle while he was working duty as a mine sweeper in Afghanistan.

Joseph Bauer was a native of Owensville, a Clermont County community east of Cincinnati.

His family says he joined the Army in 2007 and recently re-enlisted with plans of becoming a career soldier.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Joseph Bauer is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
