Anthony was with his family at 1:30 p.m.  They were crossing a roadway in Charlotte on the way to a store when the boy was struck by a white work van.

Oh my, he was in my kindergarten class. I'm currently 9. He was my best friend of ever. I miss him so much that I had a emotional breakdown. May you rest in peace, sweet boy.
