Maria Lucrecia - killed on the job in Houston, Texas

Maria Lucrecia, age 27, died on March 22, 2014, at a men's club/bar in Houston, Texas.

Maria was the cleaning lady at the business. She went to work for the afternoon of that day. At the workplace, she was attacked and suffered blunt force trauma to her head and strangulation which killed her.

Maria was 5 months pregnant at the time of her death.

Osvaldo Fernandez-Aguilar, age 23, has been charged with capital murder. Surveillance video identified him as the suspect.

Osvaldo was a former employee of the men's club where he worked as a security guard. Several weeks earlier he had been fired due to his aggressive behavior and anger issues. He had been fighting with customers.

He was trying to rob the club while Maria was on the job cleaning.  She most likely let him into the building, thinking that he still worked there. One thousand dollars was found missing from the cash registers.

Maria's family are devastated by her tragic and senseless death. Her husband stated that she was a good person and a good mother. She will be forever mourned.

Maria is survived by many loving friends and family members including her husband, German Castro; and her young son.

Pray for all who go to work and who die there. 

God save us from the Lost Ones who stalk the Earth stealing away life.
