Jared Davison

Spc. Jared Davison, age 24, of Milford, New Hampshire, died on September 4, 2012, at Fort Eustis, Virginia.

The cause of his death has not been released as of this posting. 

Jared was serving as a watercraft engineer with the 558th Transportation Company, Special Troops Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade. 

Jared graduated from Milford High School in 2006. 

Family members describe him as an affectionate young man who loved his family, a good book and his country.  He is also described as considerate and kind, with an infectious smile. 
Angels of God, pray for Jared

As a teen, Jared loved reading and he worked part time at the Wadleigh Memorial Library. He was a solid student and played lacrosse and ran cross-country. He was a youth leader in his church and during the summer worked as a counselor at Camp Lawroweld in Maine.

After graduating from high school, he attended Norwich Academy in Vermont and then the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He had just joined his unit in Virginia in August of 2012.

Jared's military awards and decorations include the Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and Army Service Ribbon.

Jared is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his parents, Paula and James Davison, and an older brother. 

Pray for all who die young and suddenly.

Let us pray that Jared Davison is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
