Angels of God, pray for Trevor

He deployed to Afghanistan in February of 2012 and was due to return in December of 2012. This was his first combat deployment and he volunteered to go.

Family members describe Trevor as a wonderful kid who always wanted to be in the military. He is also described as caring and compassionate. They are extremely proud of his service to his country.

His awards and decorations include the National Treaty Organization Medal and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with a Campaign Star.

Trevor is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his mother Carolyn Haines and his step-father, Hartzell Haines, who regarded Trevor as his own son.

Pray for the 21 year olds who die in combat. Yesterday, they were just boys.

Let us pray that Trevor Adkins is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
