Leroy Deronde III

Pfc. Leroy Deronde III, age 22, Jersey City, New Jersey, died on May 27, 2012, in Chak-E Warkdak District, Afghanistan, when his unit was attacked by enemy forces.

He was assigned the 125th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Angels of God, pray for Leroy

Leroy graduated from William L. Dickinson High School in Jersey City in 2009. 

Leroy is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his sister, Jennifer Owen.  Leroy was predeceased by his mother.

Let us pray that Leroy Deronde III is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
