Jesse Ozbat

Capt. Jesse A. Ozbat, age 28, of, Prince George, Virginia, died on May 20, 2012, in Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.

He was assigned to the 168th Brigade Support Battalion, 214th Fires Brigade, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. 

Angels of God, pray for Jesse
Jesse was a 2006 graduate of Virginia State University, where he received an officer's commission through the Army Senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program.  He had a bachelor's degree in mathematics.

This was his second deployment. He had earlier been sent overseas for 15 months in 2009.  He had been in Afghanistan for about a month.

Jesse is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his wife.

Let us pray that Jesse Ozbat is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
