Jonathan A. Pilgeram

Spc. Jonathan A. Pilgeram, age 22, of Great Falls, Montana, died February 17, 2011, in Kunar province, Afghanistan, from wounds he suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with small-arms fire. 

He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division.

He joined the Army in November 2008 and arrived at Fort Campbell in January 2010. His awards and decorations include: Afghanistan Campaign Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Army Achievement Medal; Overseas Service Ribbon; Combat Infantryman Badge; North Atlantic Treaty Organization Medal; Army Commendation Medal and Army Service Ribbon.

Jonathan Pilgeram is survived by his father Rodney L. Pilgeram and mother, Roberta L. Pilgeram both of Great Falls, Montana. 

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Jonathan Pilgeram is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
