Timothy Matt Jackson

Lance Cpl. Timothy M. Jackson, age 22, of Corbin died Sept. 30, 2010, while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. 

He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.

Timothy Jackson died from wounds suffered in an improvised explosive device attack on Sept. 29 in the Kandahar province of Aghanistan.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Timothy Jackson is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
