Anthony Rosa

Marine Lance Cpl. Anthony "Chuckie" Rosa, 20, of Swanton, was killed September 23, 2010, in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. 

He was part of G Company of the 2nd Marine Battalion. He was from Vermont.

Officials stated that "Lance Corporal Rosa loved life, loved Vermont and loved his country. His loss is a devastating blow — to the town of Swanton, to the state of Vermont and, most devastatingly, to his family."

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Anthony Rosa is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
