The Royal Military Police are looking into the circumstances surrounding the death of Pte Connolly, who was from Inverness.
Jesus, pray that Mark is taken to the fields of Heaven |
Mark Connolly had also served in Iraq and Northern Ireland.
Military officials stated that Mark was a fit, proud and professional soldier blessed with an infectious enthusiasm for everything, and that Mark did a brilliant job for us and he absolutely represented the Black Watch and the British Army to the highest standard.
He leaves behind wife Stacy and family whom he loved dearly.
It is tragic that Mark survived combat in foreign lands only to be killed in his own country. God help us all.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Mark Connolly is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.

I have corrected this photo. I believe that this current photo is of Mark Connolly. I am a Canadian who is attempting to include all Nato soldiers in this blog. Sometimes this means that you get inaccurate information and inaccurate photos. I appreciate your input. In the end, we want all of these men to be with God. In the end we want all of them to be in Heaven.
