Troy Brienzo - a Good Samaritan in Parker, Colorado

Just after midnight on March 29, 2016, Troy Brienzo, age 21, was driving in Parker, Colorado, on a route that he doesn't normally take.
Troy

Parker is a city with a population of over 48,000 and is about 25 miles southeast of Denver.

Troy and his fiancée noticed that a house was on fire. It looked as if the fire was centered in the garage, and it looked serious.

Troy's fiancée called 911. Troy rushed to the front door shouting to awaken people in the vicinity. He banged on the door and then was able to enter the unlocked house.

He was hit in the face with billows of smoke.

A female resident of the house had awoken and was coming down the stairs in a shocked daze.

Due to Troy's help, all three residents of the house plus their family's pet cats, were able to escape unharmed. The house was severely damaged.

Troy returned to the scene of the fire the next day and was hugged by the woman he had helped to save. She was extremely grateful for Troy's intervention.

The Good Samaritan comes to the
aid of strangers who are in danger.
Troy had just returned home after a tour of duty with the U.S. Army.

Troy said that he just happened to be in the right place at the right time and that he did what anyone would do when they see that lives are in jeopardy.

God bless Troy and his fiancée. They are Good Samaritans.

God bless all who come to the aid of strangers in distress. Amen.

Cait Haynes - Bullied to death in Montrose, Colorado

Cait Haynes, a teenager, died on March 24, 2015, at her home in Montrose, Colorado.

Cait Haynes
Montrose is a city of just over 19,000 in Montrose County.

Tragically, Cait committed suicide.

Her family are adamant that Cait's depression and subsequent death were caused by four years of repeated bullying at school and on social media.

Cait attended Montrose High School. On a daily basis she was either teased, put down or belittled. Her high school life was filled with gossip and rumors about her.

Friends describe Cait as an intelligent and compassionate young woman. She had recently been accepted into a pre-med scholars program at Washington University in St. Louis.

Family members describe Cait as a sweet, kind young woman who was loving and compassionate. She had a kind spirit and didn't really know how to cope with this

continual cruelty and bitchiness.

If you are considering ending your life or if you just need someone to talk to call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, day or night.  A skilled counselor will be able to help you.

Cait's family request that those involved in the bullying of their loved one, change their behavior.

To any teens who are reading this:

~There is nothing cool about human suffering.

Charles and Shirley Severance - Murder victims in Sterling, Colorado

Shirley Severance
Charles Severance, age 70, and his wife, Shirley Severance, age 70, died sometime before May 29, 2014, at their home in Sterling, Colorado.

Charles Severance was found dead in the family home. The dismembered remains of Shirley Severance were found in Sterling, Colorado and in Lorenzo, Nebraska.

Neighbors describe the couple as reasonably happy, elderly and just trying to live out their lives.

Brendan Lee Johnson, age 19, and his girlfriend, Cassandra Ann Rieb, age 18, have been arrested in connection with these vile murders. They have been charged with first degree murder and robbery.

Brendan Lee Johnson is the grandson of Charles and Shirley Severance.

Brendan Johnson and Cassandra Rieb
Some news reports state that Brendan Johnson lived with his grandparents, but this is undetermined as of this posting.

It has been reported that Brendan and Cassandra planned to smother Charles and Shirley while they were asleep, clean $20,000. out of their bank account and take over their house.

All murder is wicked but it is particularly so when you are murdered by your own flesh and blood for money.

Brendan Johnson and Cassandra Rieb are innocent until proven guilty. But if they are guilty, they will never see the light of day. They will spend the rest of their lives in prison. When you are 18 or 19 years old, a life sentence lasts a long, long time.

We don't know the interpersonal dynamic of this particular extended family but where
Pray for Charles
and Shirley
are the parents of Brendan Johnson?

Too often in today's society, people give birth to kids, and then dump them on the grandparents to look after. This is often because the parents are drunk, doped up, unemployed, penniless, partying and don't give a shit. They pump out kids for other family members to look after.  This is called "parental irresponsibility" and it is prevalent.

Charles and Shirley are survived by many loving friends and family members.

Pray for all who die at the hands of their loved ones. You don't need enemies if your own family will murder you.

God save us from the psychopaths. They are killing us, Father.

Pray that Charles and Shirley are in heaven. Pray that they are at peace and are with God. Amen.
