She was found strangled to death. Her murderer has not been found and it is months later.
As of this posting, the Police have no leads and no suspects in this case. The murderer may have been someone Angelina knew who she let into her apartment or it could have been a total stranger who came to her door.

Angelina graduated from Palmer Ridge High School in 2011. She was attending the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs as a Communications major at the time of her death. She was a trained martial arts expert in self defense and had a first degree black belt in Taekwondo.
Family members describe her as kind hearted, smart, humorous, and charming.
Angelina is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her father, Stephen Sicola; her mother, Pamela Lively; and her sister, Amber.

Thank you for writing this article. Angie was my cousin and it is very difficult to move forward not knowing who did this to her. And know that he is still out there living a free life. I pray everyday that justice will be served. I pray that the police will be able to figure out who did this and then catch him and arrest him.
