David C. Lutes

Spc. David C. Lutes, age 28, of Frostburg, Md., died Nov. 11, 2010, in Landstuhl, Germany, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device in Nangarhar province, Afghanistan, on Nov. 8. 

He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that David Lutes is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
