Brian Arsenault |
Brian was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Brian graduated from Algonquin Regional High School in 2004.
He joined the Army in November of 2011. He completed basic training and the basic airborne course at Fort Benning, Georgia. He arrived at Fort Bragg in 2012 and was assigned to the 1st Brigade in November of 2013.
His awards and decorations include the Purple Heart, the Army Commendation Medal with one oak leaf cluster, the Afghanistan Campaign medal, the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Basic Parachutist Badge.
Military officials stated that they have suffered a great loss in Brian Arsenault's death.
He was an exceptional paratrooper and a valued member of their team. He will be forever remembered.

Friends describe Brian as an amazing person and a solid warrior. He was sensible but humorous. He was a good friend and he will never be forgotten.
