Charayla McMillan - killed in Fort Worth, Texas

Charayla McMillan, age 21, of Crowley, Texas, died on February 10, 2013, in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was killed by a hit-and-run driver. 

She was in a vehicle with her boyfriend and his cousin at about 12:15 a.m. Charayla was feeling nauseated so they stopped the car. As she was leaning out of the car to throw up, a pick-up truck struck her and kept going. 

Police describe the suspect vehicle as a black, possibly 1990's model GM pickup "work truck" with large tires, a toolbox mounted in the bed and louvers on the rear window. Anyone with information on the driver of the truck is asked to call Fort Worth Police at (817) 392-4884.

Family members are deeply grieved. She was just beginning her future. She was scheduled to graduate from nursing school in just days. 

She is also described as a beautiful person, smart, and with a lovely smile. 

Charayla is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her father, Larry Livingston; her mother, Michelle McMillan; her sister; and her 1 year old daughter, Calea. 

Pray for all who die young. 

Pray for those who die by misadventure. They are with us one moment and gone the next. Amen. 

Pray that the person responsible for Charayla's death comes forward or is found. 

Let us pray that Charayla is in heaven. Let us pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen.
