North Korea - Launching Rockets and starving at the same time

The government of North Korea launched a rocket on April 13, 2012. It failed and fell into the sea.

Hundreds of Millions spent
This rocket launch cost hundreds of millions of dollars. Only God knows how much this really cost. It could be in the billions.

The North Korean government does this in the face of the starvation of its citizens, who are as poor as church mice.

I watched a documentary a year ago which was a hidden camera deal. The documentary was done in the north of the country and filmed a marketplace in a fairly large city. Abandoned and orphaned kids were filmed (by a hidden camera) grubbing in the dirt, looking for individual grains of rice. And I mean, individual grains of rice, not a handful of rice.

Most of these young girls and boys were 5, 8, and 10 years old. They were dressed in rags and had no shoes. It was cold outside and they were barefoot. It was heart-breaking to view.

Like most dictatorships, North Korea is a family run business. Three generations of one family, the Kim family, have controlled this country since 1948.

The North Korean Kim Family Dictators
Kim Jong Un, (the one to the right), the fat 29 year old current scion of this dynasty, is obviously not starving.

It is reported that there are 200,000 political prisoners in North Korea. God help them.

It is reported that this country has approximately 9 and 1/ 2 million active, reserve and paramilitary personnel on hand.

It is reported that this government is continually trying to develop nuclear capabilities. For what purpose?

God save us from North Korea. God save us from the world's dictators. Father, give us peace. Amen
