Robert James Reeves

Robert James Reeves, age 32, was killed on August 6, 2011, in the Tangi Valley of Wardak Province, Afghanistan, when a U.S. helicopter crashed.

He was a Navy Seal with Team 6.  Robert Reeves became a SEAL in 1999 and during his many deployments, he earned four Bronze Stars and other honors.


Robert grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana and graduated from Caddo Magnet High School. He spent a year at Louisiana State University and then joined the military.


Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Robert James Reeves is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
