Clement Kovac

French Brigadier Clement Kovac, age 22, was killed in Afghanistan on July 11, 2011, when he was accidentally shot by another French soldier.

Clement was with the 1er régiment de chasseurs de Thierville (Meuse).

Clement was born on November 19, 1988 at Peronne (Somme). He joined the army in 2007 and had been in Afghanistan since June 2. He had served previously in New Caledonia in 2008-2009.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Clement Kovac is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
