Tyler R. Kreinz

Spc. Tyler R. Kreinz, age 21, of Beloit, Wisconsin, was killed on June 18, 2011, in Uruzgan province, Afghanistan of injuries suffered during a vehicle roll-over.

He was assigned to the 4th Battalion, 70th Armor Regiment, 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Baumholder, Germany.

Family members stated that Tyler had wanted to be in the military since he was 12 years old. He was motivated to join the military because of the 9-11 attacks in New York. 

Tyler graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 2008. Tyler was planning to attend the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and become a conservation warden, after the end of his military service.

Tyler is survived by his parents, David and Marilyn Kreinz. 

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Tyler R. Kreinz is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
