Loic was with the 13th Engineering Regiment Valdahon, and joined the military in March of 2009.
Military officials said that he showed fine qualities as a soldier. He is also described as a young, dynamic man with a taste for action, with real potential, and who was well integrated into his unit.
Loic was unmarried.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Loic Roperh is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
