Finnish soldier, Senior Lieutenant Jukka Kansonen (born in 1975), was killed on February 15, 2011, in a blast from an improvised roadside bomb, in Afghanistan.
The vehicle in which Lt. Kansonen was travelling was apparently toppled and rolled over in the explosion, which occurred while the troops were on their way to a shooting range. Lt. Kansonen was killed instantly in the incident.Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Jukka Kansonen is in heaven.
