Brad Rappuhn

A 24-year-old Army Ranger from Grand Ledge, Michigan, who was to have left Afghanistan in July but had his tour extended 45 days has been killed in fighting there.

Army Pfc. Bradley D. Rappuhn died August 8, 2010, after insurgents attacked with an improvised explosive in Zhari Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Brad Rappuhn was wounded on Memorial Day and still carried around shrapnel from the attack.

Brad Rappuhn enlisted in January 2009 and served as an anti-armor specialist. He was part of the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, based at Fort Benning, Ga.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Brad Rappuhn is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
