Luis Leal - Store Clerk murdered in Terrell, Texas

Luis Leal, age 22, died on October 28, 2013, at a convenience store in Terrell, Texas.

It is believed that Luis, a store clerk, was shot and killed during a robbery attempt by a man on a murder rampage.

Charles Brownlow Jr., age 36, has been arrested in connection with 5 murders in Terrell on October 28, 2013.

It is believed that Charles Brownlow killed his 63 year old mother, his aunt, Jason Wooden, Kelleye Pratt, and Luis Leal, all on the same day.

It is also believed that he set his mother's house on fire and burned it down. He lived

in his mother's house at the time of her death. He then allegedly stole her car and continued his rampage.

Brownlow was apprehended just before 1:30 a.m. the next day, after a high speed chase that ended with him hiding in the woods and being found by a combination of heat detecting cameras and police dogs.

Charles Brownlow is a career criminal with multiple weapons, theft, burglary, assault and drug convictions going back to the 1990's. He goes to court like others go to the

grocery store. He has served time in prison. He has a rap sheet like Judas.

Now he may face the death penalty.

Friends describe Luis Leal, the 22 year old murdered store clerk, as a hard-working father who was trying to support his family.

His employer, Ali Karimi, stated that Luis was a good, honest, caring individual. Ali Karimi stated that he loved Luis like a son.

Luis is survived by many loving friends and relatives, including his fiancée and his one year old son.

God save us from the Lost Ones who stalk the Earth stealing away life. They are killing us, Father. Amen.
