Haley Smith - a hit and run victim in Florida

Haley Smith, age 15, died on November 16, 2013, in St. Augustine, Florida. 

Haley was walking with a male friend and his father Saturday night around 8:30 p.m. They were walking along Kenton Morrison Road when a gold colored small pick-up truck hit Haley. The driver fled the scene.

Haley was a sophomore at St. Augustine High School and was a dancer for the Dazzler's Dance Team.

Family members state that she was full of life and a loving girl who was popular and

Haley is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her mother, Jo-Lee Manning and her step-father, Bill Manning.

Pray for justice for Haley.

God save us from the drunk and doped up drivers. They are killing us, Father. 

God save us from the speeding drivers. They are rushing to nowhere and are speeding us to our graves.

Pray that Haley is in heaven. Pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen.
