Harold Johnson - Murdered in a robbery in Bowling Green, Kentucky

Harold Dean Johnson, age 51, died on August 26, 2013, in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Harold was a resident of Bowling Green and a former resident of Radcliff.

Harold was the general manager of a Domino's Pizza outlet in Bowling Green.

In the early morning hours, Harold was at another Domino's Pizza outlet in Bowling Green. A male suspect attempted an armed robbery of the store and during the robbery Harold was shot and killed. He was found in the parking lot.

Soon after, Police came across John Paul Shobe, age 20, while searching the area for

the suspect involved. After a brief chase on foot, Shobe was taken into custody and charged with giving officers a false name and fleeing and evading on foot. Police found evidence connecting Shobe to the crime after a search of his apartment. Shobe has been charged for the homicide of Harold Johnson as well as the robbery of Domino's Pizza.

Harold is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his mother, Shirley Johnson; his son, Harold Johnson Jr.; his daughter, Samantha Basham; his step-daughter, Mindi Wilson; and his partner, Crystal Roberts.

God save us from the thieves. They are killing us, Father. Amen.
