He was known as Danny to his family and friends.
He and his fiancee and another friend drove to an address in Philadelphia which had advertised an all-terrain vehicle for sale on Craigslist.
A man at that address, believed to be selling the ATV, walked Daniel Cook around the corner to look at the four-wheeler and then robbed him and shot him in the left side of his face.
Daniel Cook was dead when officers and emergency responders arrived on the scene.
Family members describe Danny Cook as a hard worker and a family man. He is also described as compassionate and generous.
He loved cars and worked as a self-employed mechanic. He was planning his upcoming wedding.
Thomas Coffee, age 23, has been charged with murder.

Local residents state that this man has been in trouble many times. He is a pain in the ass and a well-known criminal. He had already served a small amount of time plus probation for being a look-out in an attempted burglary prior to this.
Danny is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his fiancee; two small children; and his friend who was present at the scene of his murder.
God save us from the thieves. They are shooting us and killing us, Father. Amen.
Only the lowest of swine would lure a stranger with an ad to rob him and then shoot him in the face. Only the lowest of dogs would even think of doing this to another human being.
God save us from the psychopaths. Amen.
