He was assigned to the 508th Special Troops Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Julian is survived by many loving friends and relatives.
Pray for the 21 year olds who die in combat. Yesterday, they were just boys.
Let us pray that Julian Colvin is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen

My cousin was a great man before he ever joined the army. He kept a smile on his face and others around him also. He helped people the best he knew how!! There is no doubt that he made it to heaven and that he fulfilled his duties on earth as God wanted him too... He has returned home to our God. I love you Julian and cant wait to see you when God gets ready to call me home. R.I.P.
