Mary, pray for Ramon |
Family members stated that Ramon was killed by an improvised explosive device while on patrol. This was his second combat deployment.
Ramon was born in Saipan. His family came to Tacoma in 2004. He graduated from Mount Tahoma High School in 2007.
Family members stated that Ramon loved playing football, listening to music and being with family. They also stated that Ramon died doing what he loved – serving his country – and that his family loved him. They describe him as fun-loving, caring and helpful.
He was only one month away from leaving the service and going to college.
Ramon is survived by many loving friends and relatives including his parents, Pete and Sinforosa Kaipat; younger brother, Pedro; and older sister, Pearllita.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Ramon Kaipat is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
