Friends stated that Sandy was a mentor to a lot of troubled individuals and that she loved her family and her job.
Sandy is survived by many loving friends and relatives including her father, Clarence Rogers; her life partner Frances Williams; sister, Virginia; and brothers Jack and James.
Pray for all who die in the line of duty.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Sandy Rogers is in heaven. Let us pray that she is at peace and is with God. Amen
