Pray for Adam
Friends and family describe Adam as athletic, adventurous and loyal and said that he wanted to serve his country from a young age.  Adam Patton was born Nov. 13, 1989 in Cheboygen, Michigan. His family moved to Cordova, Alaska, when he was a boy before landing in Port Orchard. Patton attended Orchard Heights Elementary School, Marcus Whitman Junior High School and then South Kitsap High School, graduating in 2008.

Adam Patton is survived by his mother, Sandy Kottre, and stepfather Greg Kottre, both of Port Orchard; a brother, Tim Patton, who is currently an Army sergeant in Fort Benning, Ga.; two sisters, Emily and Makenna Kottre of Port Orchard; and many friends and extended family members.  He was preceded in death by his father, David Patton, who died when Adam was 7.

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Adam J. Patton is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
