Daehan Park

Sgt. 1st Class Daehan Park, age 36, died on March 12, 2011, of injuries from an enemy attack on his unit in Afghanistan's Wardak province, Afghanistan. His vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. 

Daehan was from Watertown, Connecticut, was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.

Daehan Park enlisted in Watertown, served in the Army Special Forces and leaves behind a wife and two daughters in their Washington state hometown. He is also survived by his parents and step-mother. 

Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Daehan Park is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
